/Bridgeman Images is pleased to announce their latest footage partnership with Ruggero Piccoli's Flight Video and Photo Collection, an archive spanning 90 years of, not just flight-based history, but a variety of slice of life footage from the US and beyond.
Based in Vicenza, Italy, Ruggero Piccoli is an engineer with extensive experience in the IT sector. Since 2012, he has managed a YouTube channel dedicated to aviation, a lifelong passion. His journey began in 1990, photographing aircraft at various events, transitioning exclusively to videography in 2012. In recent years, Ruggero has focused on the digitalization and restoration of historical 8mm and 16mm films. These forgotten treasures encapsulate voyages and events up to 90 years old. Since 2016, Ruggero has been a prolific producer of stock footage, specializing in bringing the past back to vivid life through his restored videos.
