Bridgeman Images Partners with Vidcat's Archival Fashion Collection

Bridgeman Images announced their latest footage partnership with The Video Catalogue Co., Inc. (Vidcat).

 Established in 1985, Vidcat is a New York based online resource specializing in fashion, beauty and lifestyle videos. Their digitized archive contains exclusive runway footage, backstage hair and makeup, designer interviews and videos on fashion trends. The centerpiece of the collection is a series of original 1950s-1960s B&W fashion newsreels on 3/4″ tapes, often sent to news stations, broadcast TV programmers and retail stores for promotion.

The partnership will begin with access to their curated selection of fashion newsreel segments from their vintage video collection and will expand to more contemporary representation in the future.
